Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Clothing and shoes that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged
can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. Clothing must have their
originals tags attached, and shoes must be in their original box. Purchases on
swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

Please email gc@genachandler.com to receive return instructions and authorization.

Gena Chandler reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our
return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

genachandler.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.
